  My original post got deleted but my boyfriend was assaulted at this location after they took his money and never gave him his food, he is still dealing with hear trauma over 2 months later. We are in contact with lawyers DO NOT EAT HERE

  I went there for lunch today… Ordered on the app, and then when I got there, it says that my food is ready… And the guy handed me the drink, not realizing that my the food was ready … So I waited in line for 10 minutes for an order that was already finished… And then when I ate the food, it wasn’t even warm. I didn’t care because I was really hungry… But honestly, that they should’ve paid attention to detail

  Firstly, I ordered at one-off their kiosks, and by the time I got to pay (cash I may add) the system had lost my order, so I had to order again. You would have thought that the staff would have been careful, but no, there was an item missing from my order when it arrived. I had to wait at the counter, and despite the lady by the counter noticing me several times, she didn't come to help. Instead one of the men from the back of the kitchen came forward and sorted the item. The food was tasty despite the issues

  The Taco Bell Cantina in Downtown Los Angeles (801 W 7th St, near 7th & Flower) is one of the most unique fast-food upgrades in the city! Unlike a regular Taco Bell, this Cantina features a modern bar vibe with exposed brick walls, trendy lighting, and music-themed decor. The atmosphere feels relaxed and lively, making it perfect for hanging out with friends or chilling alone. The food sticks to classic Taco Bell favorites — Crunchwrap Supreme, Doritos Locos Tacos, Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and loaded nachos — all familiar, tasty, and generously portioned. A standout is the mini chalupas: crispy and packed with flavor. The real highlight, though, is the drinks! The signature Baja Blast can be “Twisted” with alcohol (tequila, rum, vodka, or whiskey) for a refreshing boozy twist. They also offer frozen margaritas and beer on tap — perfect for evenings. The space feels open and comfortable, with digital kiosks for easy ordering. Located in the heart of DTLA, it’s walkable from The Bloc or nearby metro stations.   I recently reviewed this place as the go to place for food but now we have to change this, earlier today 04/06/2026 between the hours of noon and 5pm, I was near by the establishment and was in need of a cup of water, but when I entered this establishment and asked the heavyset male who stood somewhere around 6ft, who working the pickup window, if I could get a cup of water he denied my request saying that the only way I could have water is if I bought something. I quickly informed him that it was a law that he provide me with free water. Only to have I'm walk away saying that they changed that law 2 years ago. At this point I decided not argue since they have security that would get involved.
