- DSDanny SamayoaMar 23, 20262.0Questionable customer service from manager. Placed an in-app pick up order. Was not ready by time shown and could no longer wait. One employee helping almost a dozen customers so it was obvious this would take a while. I decided to leave and return later. When I returned, manager told me sandwich was made but tossed because I took too long. And that they couldn’t even offer another sandwich or a refund, so I have to basically eat the loss. After a bit of back and forth, she made me another sandwich.. but it all seemed extremely unnecessary for a 6 dollar sandwich that wasn’t really my fault.

I will never visit a subway again thanks to this location. The young lady made my sandwich as if she hated her job and was ready to go home.
