    One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We placed a mobile order and the employee (Juan) completely ignored instructions and added onions to a sandwich that clearly said “no onions.” When we politely asked him to fix it, he threw the sandwich away in frustration and remade it using bread that was completely burnt—literally black. When we pointed it out, he argued that burnt bread is “toasted.” Even other customers told him it wasn’t acceptable, but instead of fixing it, he told us “don’t order next time.” On top of that, we could clearly see him making multiple mistakes with other customers’ orders too. Rude behavior, poor service, and no accountability. This is not how customers should be treated. Avoid this location.

    Absolutely terrible experience. We placed a simple mobile order with clear instructions, but the employee completely ignored them. When we politely asked for it to be fixed, instead of correcting it properly, he remade it poorly with overcooked, burnt bread. When we pointed it out, he got defensive and rude rather than taking responsibility. Even other customers noticed the issue. Very disappointing service and attitude. (Juan)

    I had a really terrible experience at this Subway location. We placed a mobile order for two footlong subs, and despite clearly mentioning “no onions” on one of them, the employee (I believe his name was Juan) added onions anyway. When we politely pointed it out and showed the receipt, instead of handling it professionally, he rudely threw the sandwich away. He then prepared a new one, but the bread he toasted came out completely burnt—black, not just toasted. When we told him this was unacceptable, he argued that this is what “toasted” means. Even other customers in the store stepped in and said this wasn’t right. Instead of fixing the situation, he responded with “then don’t order next time,” which was shocking. While we were there, we also noticed him making repeated mistakes with other customers’ orders. This kind of behavior and attitude is completely unprofessional. On top of that, the way he kept wasting food by throwing away bread repeatedly is not good for the business either. Very disappointing experience. This is not the level of customer service anyone expects.
