  Here's my honest opinion at this subway on 3/5/2026 I didn't like the fact the woman working there kept turning off the soda machine!😑

  I never leave reviews but this time was the exception because of one of the employees. Made a purchase through the app yesterday my order went through payment received , I get to the restaurant and employee told me there was no order and that I had the wrong location that there was nothing she could do about it when I showed her the order through app. I doubled checked my order and the location to that subway was correct. I tried fixing the issue said order was ready for pick up again she told me she couldn't do anything, she told me cancel the order through the app and reorder. I did as she said and the app didn't let me order and would boot me out, left it as is. Next day I order through app again got order confirmation gave me an estimate time to pick up I get there same employee and same thing my order wasn't there I show her the order & confirmation she said no their isn't a order for your name. I proceeded to show her my order through app and then calls another employee and talked. She then tells me my order just went through, I then tell her how did my order just go through if I placed the order 30 minutes ago. After speakimg to her coworker she mentioned there was no bread there was no ingredients to make the order I placed. The other employee then helped me out and made my order, if that other employee wasn't there I would have left with the same answers that she couldn't do anything about it & that I had the wrong location. It seemed as the employee did not want to do her job and made excuses for 2 days and said similar excuses as a day prior, now adding there were no ingredients or bread.
