- KMKim MinseoOct 29, 20251.0If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager, Melissa, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The moment I walked in, she had an attitude. When I asked politely for more veggies on my sandwich, she rolled her eyes like I was asking for too much. She rushed me through my order, spoke with a nasty tone, and made me feel completely unwelcome. This is not how a manager should treat customers at all. I go to Subway often and have never been treated this poorly. The attitude, eye rolling, and lack of basic courtesy were just too much. It honestly ruined my whole visit — I didn’t even enjoy my food because of how uncomfortable she made me feel. Melissa seriously needs to be retrained on customer service or find a different job that doesn’t involve interacting with people. I’ll be letting corporate know about this experience because no customer deserves to be treated like that.
