- MMMonicaApr 7, 20261.0I went into Subway to grab a bite to eat, but I specifically chose this location because I noticed that phone charging was available. However, after placing my order, it turned out that neither of the charging spots was working. Usually, this wouldn't bother me, but my phone battery was dead; since I rely on public transport to get around Los Angeles, I really needed access to my maps. So, I asked the staff if they could at least charge my phone for just 10 minutes. They refused. This is the first place I’ve encountered during my two-week trip across the States that has refused to help me. Furthermore, I wanted to wash my hands after eating my sandwich—but it turns out that, too, was apparently beyond this establishment's capabilities. I do not recommend this place.

Put every ingredient I wanted & also didn’t toast my bread like I requested! Shoutout to the employee who read the instructions! Best sandwich I’ve had in months.
