I was already having a hard time, completing a special package and gifts for some occasions that were coming up. They were both very kind over the phone and in person. They got to work right away, completed all the requests that I asked for, I had a smile on their face the whole time and we’re very professional. This is not the first time they’re full floral department has hit it out of the park either. Last time Yvette made some arrangements for my mom and when she said she got emotional. I would like to take the time to thank people who go above and beyond the call of duty and provide exceptional customer service. I appreciate all of your hard work and thanks for coming in today.
