It was great till they took out the machine to pay in cash in the kiosk I stop here every day before work I get payed in cash and need to go to work on time why do they take about 15-30 minutes to take my order I hate ordering at the front I know it’s annoying to them and to me but why take the machines?

They should remove everyone that works here starting with Maddy the manager that works at night , it was 2 huge lines and the worst part same poor employee was taking orders for both of the line, they didn’t take my order right so they have to call Maddy and as soon as she got to the the window she started giving attitude, when she finally resolved my issue she handle my bag and throw the window at me I try to call her attention and she even told the employees not to open the window for me only because I was gonna ask for her name , she didn’t care about the big line that it was behind me, corporation should take actions on this location, it is not even a year that they open and already less that 3 ⭐️, never coming back.

This location is horrible, Cindy has the worst customer service. Their drive thru is slow and the employees that work there have the worst customer service. I order a sausage Mc muffin and when I got home, I realized the had cut the egg in half.

Stopped with the kids for a quick dessert treat. Clean. Excellent service. The employee was very friendly and good at customer service. She even brought our order to our table. Our order was perfect. Hot food hot, cold treat cold. Fresh fries! Huge parking lot. I was thrilled to see 6 electric vehicle chargers! (They were overpriced compared to othe ChargePoint public chargers I use.)

So, since this McDonalds opened I’ve been a very regular customer, I buy for myself and my coworkers once , sometimes twice a day. It is so unfortunate to have to deal with people that even when you’re polite and explain the situation , they have no awareness or probably the correct training to call them selves “managers” and don’t know how to deal with customers issues. Today I came through the drive thru, as I generally do, they didn’t have my order ready so they sent me to park since the 3 window had another customer waiting, so I did, but before I did I asked the girl to please check my order before giving it to me just to verify that I wasn’t missing anything, since it happens quite frequently that they miss items. So I went to park. Waited for like 10 minutes for my order , only to realize that it was incomplete, so I step out of my car and go back in and tell them that I’m missing my fries. 2 Large and 1 small. They come back with my fries hand me a bag and leave, check the bag only 1 large 1 small . So by this time it’s now like 20 minutes I call the manager and she starts giving a hard time saying that she herself had put in my fries in a bag and that I should have them, insinuated that I’m trying to get extra food and rip them off, to which I said : please go check my car see if the fries are there. Which she didn’t and ended up giving them to me. To which now I’m trying let them know how aggravating this is and replying in a very dismissive manner.. Definitely didn’t appreciate this and I generally don’t do this , but today I had to. Managers name is Jocelyn I think that what she said. Hopefully someone will take the time to train this girl , I know she’s young and still has a lot to learn
