  The male employee that cleand the restroom took forever and after the hour and 45 min it took he used the restroom himself and didn't even Wash his hands... I was washing my hands and he just walked straight out of the bathroom and back to work... Gross!!! 🤢 he should be fired for making peoples food without clean hands

  Got stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes! Receipt said 4:58, and I had to leave my car parked in the drive thru and go inside at 5:21. I ordered a medium combo, that's all. At least I can be grateful for the motivation to not return!

  Waited ling enough for the restroom to be opened...ac too low with so many ppl present....my Big Mac sloppy , I got the wrong drink twoce....no napkins with my order...guy mopping almost mopped on my shoes...shm....

  This McDonalds charged me $4 for a small / Value Fry🍟 SMFH‼️ AND THE CASHIER WAS ACTING LIKE HE BARELY WANTED TO TALK OR ASSIST WHEN I WAS PLACING MY ORDER. I HAD SAID WHAT I WANTED, AND HE WAS VERY SLOW TO RESPOND. THEN, WHEN I TOLD HIM CAN I GET MY FRIES FRESH HE WAS VERY RELUCTANT AND SLOW TO RESPOND THEN WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW, HE ACT LIKE HE HAD AN ATTITUDE, AND ITS LIKE Y’ALL CHARGE SO MUCH MORE FOR THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MY FRIES WEREN’T EVEN FRESH HOW I REQUESTED I HAD TO GIVE THEM BACK 🤦🏽‍♀️‼️ not going back 👎🏽 THEN THE FEEDBACK EMAIL YOU GUYS ARE PROVIDING US ISNT WORTH ANYTHING THEY DONT EVEN OFFER YOU A FIVE DOLLAR COUPON. NOTHING‼️SO WHAT’S THE POINT OF YOU RESPONDING? SAME REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. Y’ALL DON’T EVEN REFUND WHAT WAS SPENT ON THAT HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COLD FRIES.
