  It’s horrible—they always forget something in my order. This isn't the first time I've placed an order for delivery, and they invariably forget to send me something. I just ordered, and I didn't receive my son's milk, nor any napkins, nor ketchup. It wasn't the fault of the person who delivered the food, but rather the staff who are supposed to pay attention to their orders. This isn't the first time they've forgotten something in my order; they charge for everything—even the bag—yet they can't do their jobs properly

  I am an uber eats delivery driver. I have been to a few McDonald establishments so this is a repeated offense clearly from administration. I used to work in retail and fast food so i know for a FACT that attention to customers is a priority. So when I as a customer and as a representative for your establishment am being ignored by both cashier and management for an order I payed for or the recipient is expecting, it makes me feel unwelcome, and taking my business to your competitors, especially when i get my food from them almost instantly. as FAST FOOD should be. horrible customer service EDIT to add: they purposfully left a cup holder out of my order bag so when it was delivered it would be damaged. mcdonalds seems to specifically train cashiers to avoid any interactions.empty except for two paying people in the store but somehow making a million burgers for zero customers. i see them milling around the kitchen ignoring everyone but certainly wasting product. and not one cashier asked if anyone needed help. when i finally got their attention they tried to say it was me who didn't speak up. when i very loudly said as they were next to me, hello can i pick up up orders right now?

  I asked for one ranch and they actually charged me. In my entire existence on this planet, not once has a McDonalds charged me for a side when I ask for just one. They usually end up giving 2 sides for free even though I just ask for 1 out of courtesy. I was completely dumbfounded when it happened. This is the only location that this has ever happened to me. I went to the McDonalds in Lincoln Heights a few weeks prior, and that did not happen to me.
