- TFTere Fuentes3 days ago1.0I tried not to complain and tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt, but two days in a row with me not satisfied with what I’m givin. Yesterday I came by and bought an oatmeal with apple pie hash and breakfast sandwich. They didn’t put my hash brown in the bag nor was I givin the apples for my oatmeal and the apple pie was really hard. I said well okay maybe it was just a mistake we all make mistakes but today I came by again and although no items were missing my oatmeal had little to no water . The oats in the bottom were not even touched by the water. This will be the last time I attend this McDonald’s.. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF COMING HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND DONT . Service was very friendly tho but food quality is no good.

- CMCarlos MartinezApr 2, 20261.0I placed an online order on the app for breakfast before 10:17am and I was in line to pick up the order so I waited for more than 15mins in line to get my food and when I got to the front it was a little past 10:30am and they told me they are no longer serving breakfast and that they will cancel my order, I always have a horrible experience at this location, majority of the time I tend to drive to the eagle rock location because they give better service than this one and mind you this location is walking distance for me, management needs to train their team a lot better…
- JPJoseph PerazaMar 1, 20261.0I purchased a happy meal and big Mac Combo and the guy giving out the meals at drive thru wanted to see my receipt as mentioned that they were making a lot of mistakes and of course made one more with my order even after checking giving water instead of sprite, called location and asked to go back, I told them that the customer service is the worse, do not recommend this McDonald's location.
