  I’m surprised that most food reviews, they never rate the customers’ behavior. Yes customers help businesses going, but of course, there will always be that one main character that will get triggered from anything so small, a 3 year old would run and cry towards their guardian. Like there are other restaurants/ McDonalds out there, why bother not go to another one if you don’t like the place you’re at? Make it make sense. Even if you don’t have time, whomp whomp, learn to have manners and patience. Everywhere I go (that’s literally means ANYWHERE/EVERYWHERE) customers will find a way to complains towards anything but never ask themselves “is it worth arguing over something so small? Is it really the end of the world?” It’s a sad mind set people have.

  Literally had the worst service from the guy in glasses working the cashier today. I asked for a bag since I did a mobile pick up order. He said I have to pay 10 cents and that I said no to a bag on the app. I told him I’ll pay. He got impatient and started tapping. I gave him the 10 cents and then he started putting the food into the bag. He used his unclean hands to handle my food. He put the fries in the paper bag and then used the napkins to scoop up the rest and dropped into the bag. Was very messy. He didn’t even put the rest of the fries and was about to throw it away. I told him that I’ll do it. If you don’t want to work or provide service, then don’t.

  came here to pick up my food, but there was no staff working at all. How is a place like this even operating? This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

  Scrumptious as always. The food was served hot and fresh, especially the fries—crispy and perfectly salted. The burger was flavorful and satisfying, just what I was craving. The staff were polite and efficient, and the place was clean and well-maintained. Service was quick even during busy hours, making it a convenient and enjoyable dining experience.

  I have low expectation with MCD to start with, but they didn't fail to surprise me. Unless I frequent their coffee, there's no way I can tell how much sugar or cream I would need. There's no way to get them on the side. Cashier said it will be good..... taste is very individual thing. BTW, on the app, once I click something to show the code then using back button makes it not useable for 15 minutes. This is VERY STUPID. Buddy told me this and no wonder I got lost about it at different time, and cashier had no idea and wasn't able to help. Please fix app issue and put cream and sugar on an outside table.
