  Food took more than 15 minutes to come out and we were the only people there Employees were so rude never coming back to this place again.

  If you are a walk in, prepare to be ignored. They are all about the drive through and online orders. Currently the store was being reviewed by upper management as they are present walking through the store, and I hope they caught on to the dissatisfaction of the customers. There were seniors waiting in line and no one was attending to them. A customer waited over 5 minutes just for napkins after being ignored twice when she requested them. The entire staff was speaking in Spanish, when I spoke in Spanish to them they turned around and spoke to me in English. What are you guys doing? If someone speaks to you in Spanish, and you're speaking in Spanish with all of your co-workers, then be respectful and speak to the client in Spanish. This place needs improvement.

  Their system was down so they were only taking mobile and Doordash orders. The young man helping the people outside was wonderful!!!!! He really managed the unhappy crowd professionally. Our only problem was the food. The sandwich was good, but the hash brown was horrible! Super greasy!!!

  Came to order a quick bite at 11:30 tonight after a late night and I couldn’t place any order here despite the app saying I could before midnight. When I asked the staff for help at the window, they would not help. They insisted that it was because the store was closing (30 mins early?) but then why even have the driveway open and answer to take orders?? Why do the terms of the app say one thing but the stores do not abide by stated corporate policy 😑
