The only male employee in there wearing a mask at the time was extremely rude, dismissive, and treated us like we were lying instead of helping or apologizing. The behavior came off as discriminatory and completely unacceptable. This person should be identified and held accountable. No customer should be treated this way. The manager eventually fixed it, but the initial interaction needs to be addressed.

I've been visiting this place daily for breakfast for about two weeks now, and inside, the same people are sitting at the tables every single day. The first thing I noticed is that there are no places to sit, people are listening to music without headphones, and you have to wait to use the bathroom.
