  Had to go inside to pick up my order because employees are parked at curbside pick-up. Just to them get inside and wait an extra 20 minutes for my food that was already ready resulting in it being cold. Fries were stale tasted of grease and unsalty/cold so we're the chicken nuggets. Everything was overly bland. Overall terrible experience.

  Decided to have breakfast on a Sunday morning, so we weighed our options and then chose the McDonalds app special of Iced Coffee and a McGriddle for $5. One for us both for a total of $11 including tax. That price really can't be beat. So we arrived to the this LA Convention center location which is very spacious and semi updated. Overall clean and modern looking but there was some flies near the trash can. That was very off-putting but we were here already determined to make the most of a weekend morning, so we just ordered and then sat at a clean table near the window. Food was hot, delicious and satisfying. Iced Coffee was more than enough. Service here is always top notch. The Best you could expect at a McDonalds establishment. Anyways, gave it 4 starts since the place could use a remodel since others are in comparison for the amount of people that patron and also being close to USC. I would return.

  I order a Big Mac and they gave 10 pieces chicken nuggets. The problem is it was for my autistic boy. Feeling disappointed ugh 😩 😞

  I don't even rate Fast food restaurants but this one deserves the rating… Every time I come here they're either always forgetting my drink or the sauce in my order… Always! IT NEVER FAILS. AND IM SO SERIOUS.!That's the first thing, the second thing is they don't accept walk up orders after 10 PM and they claim they do it to ensure our safety and prevent liability but tell me why they have a window at the front door (NOT THE DRIVE THRU) THE FRONT DOOR that they can slide open and close that people can walk up safely to (ON THE WALK UP RAMP) and order but they refuse not to take the orders there. They say they want you to purchase on the app but the app won't let you put in an EBT card so unless you have a car you can't use your EBT card after 10 PM because they will literally not take your order EVEN if there are no cars in line... I told a woman there with curly hair who looked young but was a supervisor for a 6 AM morning shift, stated to her that my app was not working and would not allow me to place the proper order and I even showed her. She laid the law down so rigidly that you would have thought there were three cars behind me. It was 5 AM in the morning, nobody was there. I pointed to the front door, I said I know that there's a sliding door right there, you can just take my order over there and she just refused. That's inconvenient simply because they choose not to take your order. They tried to claim "for safety reasons "but they have a literal section that ensures you can safely get your order taken right at the front but they choose not to… That's just a lousy reason to not even just do their job. By the way, that's against the law if it's going to prevent people from using their benefits at the restaurant that promotes their restaurant for people to use their benefits at… False advertising. Rules and restrictions don't come on the sign/banner that promotes EBT.
