- JDJonathan-and-Nimfa Deocares2 days ago4.0Tried this McDonald's along 1800 Western Blvd in LA for breakfast this morning. The place, recently renovated, looks very nice and inviting. The quality of the food served is great among similar McDonald's franchises. My only issue was with the service. Just to ask for some condiments, I had to repeat my request a few times since no one was paying attention or even cared that I had been waiting for somebody at the registers for a while, even thought all of them saw me.

I've been here three times and there's never salt on the fries and it takes 30 minutes for a McDouble and a small fry. They forget to put items in the bag all the time as well. I went inside one time after placing a pickup order well in advance and I was standing there for 20 minutes while employees were moving around like turtles. I waited patiently until I finally asked what was taking so long and the employee gave me the rudest look and then started laughing with her coworker and speaking in Spanish, which I am fluent in, and they thought I wouldn't understand what they were saying. They then just continued to stand there talking. This place needs new management ASAP cuz it's never a pleasant experience. Fire everyone and start over is what I'd recommend. Judging by the reviews, a lot of people have a similar experience here. Never again
- MEmary eMar 30, 20261.0Accepts EBT. The workers at This Mcdonalds seemed unorganized & SO slow!! There was a line to the door, & no one even thought to put it in 2nd gear. Orders were being taken but none were coming out of the kitchen? My order took 20 minutes & all I ordered was a coke!
