- AAAllaApr 4, 20261.0They were making my ice cream for 20 minutes. Additionally, the worker gave me a judgmental look when i aked about it, which created a bad atmosphere. They are not working efficiently; even when they do work, they are very slow and just chat with each other.

Pretty much it's like it comes with a refill Punch Card once it's "punched" then that's your 1 Refill you ever get. I advise you to buy a Large Cup for satisfaction also Friendly Staff and Excellent Customer Service.

Cuando llegamos a la 2da ventana ni tenían y ni sabían la orden. Tuvimos que esperar como 10 min a que hicieran la orden. Terrible service. The cashier for being on the cell phone didn't even take the order well. He even turned his back on us when we got to the window. When we got to the 2nd window they didn't even have and didn't know the order. We had to wait about 10 minutes for them to make the order.
