  Very pleasant visit this morning. I ordered in the kiosk, sat down and a few minutes later a gentleman came to me saying that the decaf coffee was not ready and if wanted to wait a couple of minutes or get a regular coffee. I said I could wait, he offered to bring my food which he did but also brought a cup of water. The place was busy so I guess he forgot about my decaf coffee, I went to the counter to tell him about my coffee, he apologized and went to get my coffee, gave it to my, a larger size that the one I ordered and also offered to give a hash brown for the inconvenience. I said no but I did appreciate his sincere effort to fix the issue. We all make mistakes, the difference resides in the way you fix them. Kudos to this gentleman at McDonalds this morning.

  We got our food faster than when I expected wasn't crowded but service was good polite and the food was right the first time around

The place was quite busy, which usually raises concerns about long wait times and order accuracy. However, the staff managed the flow efficiently, and my order arrived faster than expected. The burger was fresh, the fries were hot and crispy, and everything was prepared just right. The experience turned things around quickly and made it a dependable choice for a fast and satisfying meal.

  I showed up to pick up my order, the manager had her back to the counter the entire time, and was on her cellphone, rather than working, there's a long line of people waiting for their order, who are all ignored so the manager could look at their cell phone, and then when I finally get my food, the tag on the bag was correct, but when I got home and open the bag, it was someone else's order. They're not even looking at what they're putting in the bag, because their back is to the customers, and their head is in their cell phone. If they can't even take the time to look at the food they're putting in their bag, it just goes to show all they care about is charging your card, not providing food or service. Service this bad is theft and a crime
