  approximately 11:00 pm March 27, 2026 my husband had went to get a drive through order. no one answered so he proceeded to go to the window still no answer. then goes to the last window & two employees one male other female young ages on their phones with not a care in the world. honestly ridiculous, not the first time we have had bad customer service here. but still continue to come here because it is convenient for my family. finally was able to put in an order but once his food was handed to him it was cold. he asked a worker if they could give him fresh fries , the employee proceeded to take the fries & put them back in the fry warmer, tossed them back into the fry container & handed it back. on top of that they aren’t wearing name tags & not in mcdonalds uniform. today i call to let the manager know some of the issues we had. i let her know the rundown & not even a sorry came out of her mouth. just a rude “well so what are u looking for? free fries orr?” she had NO PROBLEM with the fries being tossed back into the fry warmer & tossed back into the container even though there were fresh fries! unbelievable honestly & will NO LONGER come to this location. they need a refresher on customer service & food handling. seriously considering reporting this to the health department.

  I always get my food almost right. But today, that I never thought that I find in mcChicken. I was saving it if I get hungry more. Then before 7 pm,after I reheated it and wait to cool down a bit. As I was about take a bit of it. I noticed immediately when I saw one short hair and I noticed another one but a long one. Both inside of the McChicken. I never thought I would find a hair in my food from McDonald's but two Hair, and the long was in deep in the burger. And plus, I know when I see that the hair look pull out because it's does.

  I only went in because I just missed a bus. It was foggy and raining at the same time! I Never experienced that before! But also it was so cold my hands were turning purple and my feet were numb. So I went to the closest place to get warm. Had a Senior coffee (still a bargain at $1.50!) and went through a bag of paperwork I had neglected. No one bothered me. AND every time I thought about leaving the Monsoon dropped again. There was no way I'd not been soaked if I walked 3 minutes outside. And I had an umbrella! So, over 2 hrs.later, I'd gone through my mail, receipts, + and couldn't take it anymore! But suddenly the sun came through, the rain stopped, I gathered everything and returned to the place I'm staying across the street! So, even though I am not a fan of Micky D's. Today I was happy to be there.

  Although this is a busy intersection. I'm able to get in and out in the morning. The kiosks are usually always working. And unlike other McDonald's they actually have a Live cashier taking your order isn't that nice 👍🏼. Although the kiosk is my go to. I like that because sometimes you want that human contact or have questions and or there is a certain deal that only seems to come up with a human. Am I right? The restroom is always clean. At least in the morning. I've only stopped here a couple of times in the afternoon. Therefore I can't speak for that time of day. Also weekends I can't speak for wknds . The restroom is a big yay Darn you covid. Ever since covid hit finding a restroom is super Duper hard! And being a female it's even harder We can't go just anywhere. Thank You to this McDonald's for having the restroom accessible 🙌🏼 Getting in and out of the location can be tricky and/or difficult. Depending on which way you're going. Luckily There are 3 ways to enter and exit. Front, back and side. And the parking at the entrance is cool until you have to leave and the drive thru line is in the way. So park further in, you're welcome 😉
