  I just ordered $52 worth of food from the drive thru and you forgot a double cheeseburger and all the sauces we ordered for our nuggets, including the additional sauces we ordered. And you weren't even busy!! I thought missing items in the drive thru was a thing of the past. Especially when you're a McDonald's. First and last time ordering from this location.

  I have been over 20+ McDonald’s branches at California state, by far this is the best one! Everywhere looks clean. Staff brought order to table they even asked if I would like any sauces, Big Mac was amazing, fries was hot and fresh 🍟 I appreciate for nice service understanding of this

  I came on a Sunday night and two of the girls were making fun of me because the door was closed and they looked that I tried to open it. When I went to the window, I asked one of the girls if they were open and she said to me “do you have a car, this is drive through only” and they continue to make fun of me. I don’t understand the disrespect, I hope management really does something about this. This was on Sunday 22th around 9:40 pm, one of the girls was wearing something green and a hat and the other one just black and a hat. This is just disrespectful, and unnecessary.

  I had tried to pick up my order since the doors are supposed to be open till 9 p m.And I got there around 8:50 p.m. i try to look on the app to see my code. So I can go to the counter and it says that my order has been picked up already. I then tried to open the door and the door to the mcdonald's is locked. I attempted called the restaurant twice was sent to voicemail. I then place another order. Try to pick up that order. And casually, tell the them what happened with the first order if someone must have taken it. One of the staff members, it tells me that They can go ahead and do it and make it which means they sent out false information to the app as if the order had already been done ready and picked up. I asked for a manager so I can tell her the same situation to just let him know for next time being very friendly about it. Then, the manager pretends as if other doors were open for the McDonald's. And on top of that, it says that i'm picking up my order too late. Completely ignoring the mistakes that were made. Instead of just handling it professionally, she decides to turn it on me as if I caused some type of burden on them. At the end of the day, I just wanted my order and wanted to be understood. The staff member that helped me the first time set my order on the side for the manager to hand me. I let her know that's my order. She looks me in the eye and says that it's not then go see the back and tries to make another one. Her staff tells her it's my order. And she doesn't even come to the front anymore. The original member that was helping me handed to me. Once again, proving that she wasn't trying to understand she was just trying to argue and deflect. Especially when I told her she could have just put a note on the door saying that the doors were locked and I would have understood. I've never been disrespected so bad by somebody over something so little. I'm hopefully looking forward either to that McDonald's finding another manager or them sending her back to training. Because that was the most unprofessional supervisor I've ever met in all of the Los Angeles locations.

  I put a 5 star, because the only thing that I get from here. It's the fish sandwich. and it's pretty good. And I will get maybe like a egg muffin and the coffee and they're good. Not hash, brown or fries, because the taste of their oil is too old for my taste buds. In that goes for any McDonald's, not this one is specifically.
