  I recently visited McDonald's and tried their new Big Arch Burger. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces available, and there is also a drive-thru for convenience. However, the area immediately outside the restaurant was a concern. There appears to be an ongoing issue with people loitering nearby, and there was a strong odor upon entering. I also noticed individuals using the exterior of the building inappropriately. To their credit, there was an on-site security guard who was actively addressing the situation and asked multiple individuals to leave while I was there. Inside, the restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. I ordered the Big Arch Burger with fries and a Dr Pepper and chose to dine in. Unfortunately, my order was handed to me without napkins or condiments. By the time I noticed, the line had already built up again, so I didn’t go back, but it was definitely a miss and cost them a star. As for the food, the Big Arch Burger was underwhelming and didn’t live up to the hype or its premium price. On the other hand, the fries were excellent, hot, crispy, and fresh out of the fryer, exactly what you expect from McDonald’s. Overall, I’d rate this location 3 out of 5 stars. Clean interior and great fries, but the surrounding environment and small service oversights leave room for improvement.

  Layout adjustments at McDonald's were made during a recent update, which caused a bit of confusion at first. The changes led to slight delays as both staff and customers adjusted to the new setup. However, the team handled it well and quickly adapted to the improved layout. Now, ordering and dining feel more organized, and everything runs smoothly without any issues.

  Came here tonight at 12:50 for drive thru because Google Maps said they were open and closed at 2 am, after waiting in the drive thru a girl said “we are closed” I asked “why if if google said at 2am” and she said “because we are closed” sooo if that’s not the correct hours please update the hours.

  Even though it was far from the picture, and poorly assembled it was hot. Hotness saved them from 2stars. Stop being skimpy on the big arch, damn is $10 by itself. Give correct portions per the standard recipe. Thank you
