After leaving brunch at another location, I decided to stop by lazy dog for a drink. Me and My Husband were immediately seated on the patio. We got amazing service from the waiter the runners and the Manager. This was our first time at lazy dog. We are new to the Los Angeles area. Unbeknownst, the manager came by to introduce himself and to give us complementary chips that was absolutely delicious and a small gesture that made a big impact. Me and My Husband had a great time and we can’t wait to return to try other items on the menu.

Lazy Dog is one of my favorite restaurants. We chose this one because my daughter was in town and it was close to where she was saying. Our server came out of the gate on fire. Great attitude. Then before our food came out he went to break. Service became non existent after. They weren't busy, I just felt that we were forgotten about. No refills, no one checking up on how the food was (it was delicious). We did see him walk by after we were done, but he didn't even deliver the check. We actually didn't interact with him again until we were walking out. And then that was just a goodnight as he was showing off his fingernail polish to some ladies at the bar. Sometimes great food can be ruined by poor service

I can’t believe it took me 7 years of living in Downtown LA to finally experience Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar at LA Live—but I’m glad I finally did. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place lives up to the reputation people have been talking about for years. The atmosphere is one of the first things that stands out. It’s the perfect blend of cozy and upscale, with a laid-back vibe that makes you feel comfortable whether you’re out for a casual dinner, happy hour, or a business meetup. Being right in the heart of Los Angeles, the energy around LA Live adds to the full experience—especially at night when everything is lit up and buzzing. The menu has a wide variety of options, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re in the mood for comfort food, something healthier, or just drinks and appetizers, they have it all. You can tell they put effort into the quality and presentation of their food. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well-portioned. Definitely a spot where you can come multiple times and try something new each visit. The service was also on point. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made great recommendations and made sure the experience felt smooth from start to finish. What stood out the most to me is how this place manages to feel like a go-to local spot while still being in such a high-traffic, premium area like LA Live. After living in DTLA for years, I’ve been to a lot of restaurants, but this one definitely earned its place as a must-visit. If you’re in Downtown LA—whether you’re a local like me or just visiting—you should absolutely check out Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar. It’s a great spot for good food, great vibes, and an all-around solid dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I wish I would’ve discovered it sooner. The vibe is everything—comfortable, stylish, and perfect for any type of outing. Whether it’s a date, business meeting, or just catching up with friends, this place fits all occasions. The menu selection is huge, which I love because it gives you options no matter what mood you’re in. The quality of food and attention to detail really stood out to me. Being in the heart of Los Angeles, it’s a great place to stop by before or after any event happening nearby. I’ll definitely be back soon. The inside has a warm, welcoming feel with a modern rustic design that instantly makes you feel relaxed. It’s a great balance between casual and elevated dining. The location in Los Angeles makes it perfect for both locals and tourists. The food was flavorful, fresh, and came out quickly. You can tell they take pride in their menu because there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re grabbing a bite before an event or just chilling, this spot delivers. Service was top-tier as well—attentive without being overwhelming. Overall, this is definitely a go-to spot in DTLA that I’ll be adding into my regular rotation. Located right in LA Live, this spot has an amazing atmosphere that blends comfort with a lively city energy. It’s one of those places where you can come dressed up or keep it casual and still feel right at home. The food was on point—great portions, great flavor, and a menu that really gives you options. The drinks were also solid and complemented the meal perfectly. The staff made the experience even better with their professionalism and friendly attitude. This is definitely one of those spots that makes you want to come back again and again. Set in LA Live, the location alone makes it worth checking out, but the experience takes it to another level. The ambiance is chill yet upscale, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a quality meal. The food came out fresh and full of flavor, and the variety on the menu is impressive. You can tell they focus on consistency and quality. Service was excellent—friendly, quick, and attentive. Overall, this place delivers a full experience from start to finish. Definitely a must-visit in Los Angeles. From the moment you walk in, you get a welcoming and relaxed.

We stopped by Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar next to the Crypto.com Arena before heading to the Kings game and were absolutely amazed! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch.. shoutout to Anthony, who made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond. The surprises didn’t stop there! Brandon brought fresh chips with a smile, and we had a great conversation that added to the experience. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, and everything about this visit exceeded our expectations. Hands down a 5-star experience! If you’re near the arena, this spot is a must-visit. Go Kings GO! With love rom your St Louis peeps!

I made a reservation on 3/22 for 7:00 PM on Saturday (3/28) to celebrate my dog’s birthday. They even reconfirmed it with me on 3/27. On 3/28, when we were on the way, there was an event nearby and parking was far, so I called ahead to let them know we might be about 10 minutes late. That’s when they told me they actually had no available tables for that day, and all dog-friendly seating had been booked for a private event. I told them I already had a reservation. All I got was a “sorry,” followed by them saying there were still plenty of tables available if we didn’t bring the dog. Seriously? I made this reservation specifically to celebrate my dog’s birthday, and now you’re telling me not to bring my dog? I then suggested transferring my reservation to the Torrance location. The staff member put me on hold to “check with a manager,” and we waited for about two minutes. Meanwhile, they left us a voicemail from another phone saying they had transferred our reservation. But it turns out it wasn’t actually a reservation — they just added us to the waiting list. By the time I was driving there, my name had already been called. In the end, I never received any follow-up, explanation, or apology from the DT location. A pet-friendly restaurant — or honestly, any restaurant — should not treat customers like this. There was zero advance notice. If I hadn’t called, I probably would have shown up and only found out
