  The information on Google said the restaurant was open, and their “open sign” was turned on. I tried to enter the restaurant, and a man said, "We’re cleaning” and told me I couldn’t come in. I asked when they would reopen, and he just shooed me away. He was extremely rude, and I’ve never experienced such horrible and gross customer service in my life. Extremely disappointed!!

  The food killed my appetite. 🤮Cold wrap with even colder fries. The garlic sauce looks gross beyond measure and the meat is really dry. How on earth are you selling these for $14 a piece? Please lass on this place if youre getting shawarma in DTLA. Absolute waste of money.

  I ordered a chicken shawarma plate to go, the workers where amazing and the ambience of the place was wonderful I almost wanted to dine in instead but had buisness to attend to. When it was lunch time even after re heating it up it was amazing. Will definitely come back during my lunch time again.

  My first time hear and I’m in love with the chicken kebab and hummus. They had a bogo for the chicken shawarma wraps and they were delicious. The workers are very sweet and helpful, and the music and atmosphere is just amazing it felt nostalgic. I’m definitely thinking of coming back soon 10/10.

  Extremely rude staff member working the register that bad-mouthed me in Spanish to other staff, not realizing that is my first language. They currently are having a buy one get one promotion for wraps and in the front of the store it shows three different options. I asked for a beef shawarma wrap and was told it was only chicken. I said that was okay. The staff member behind the register then proceeded to walk outside, look at the sign and come back in and say it says chicken only. Once again I said that was okay. I was served a wrap with 3 french fries and tomatoes in it and hardly anything else. Food quality has gone down immensely over the last year. Will not go back again.
