  📍Karl Strauss Brewing Company 開放感のある店内でクラフトビールを堪能🍺 天井が高くてインダストリアルな雰囲気、入った瞬間からテンション上がる空間でした。 ビールは種類がとにかく豊富で、定番のラガーからIPA、スタウトまで幅広いラインナップ。 今回いただいたビールは、 ・スッキリ飲みやすい爽快系ラガー ・香りしっかりのIPA系 どちらもクオリティ高くて、さすが老舗ブリュワリーという印象。 特に印象的だったのは、 👉 キレのある喉ごしとしっかりした香りのバランス 👉 料理と合わせても楽しめる万能さ 店内も広くて席数が多いので、 ・一人で軽く一杯 ・友人とワイワイ どちらでも使いやすいのもポイント高いです。 ロサンゼルスで「雰囲気よく美味しいビール飲みたい」なら間違いない一軒🍻 📍Karl Strauss Brewing Company Great spot for craft beer in LA 🍺 Spacious industrial-style interior with high ceilings—super chill vibe the moment you walk in. They’ve got a wide selection of beers, from easy-drinking lagers to bold IPAs and rich stouts. Tried a couple different styles and both were on point—clean, refreshing, and full of flavor. What stood out: • Perfect balance between crispness and aroma • Easy to drink, but still has depth • Great with food or just on its own Plenty of seating, so it works whether you’re grabbing a quick drink or hanging out with friends. If you’re in LA and into good beer, this place is definitely worth checking out.

  Good times during St Patrick day with friends. They were able to accommodate a large party and it was chaotic but staff was super friendly and attentive. Got a red pallor IPA and dark lager with bar food. Music was minimal so we didn’t have to shout over each other. Only hiccup was the online menu and ordering system. Cool toast feature, order from your phone whenever and didn’t have to flag down servers. Just click and order and pay. Hiccup was sometimes orders got lost or delayed as several orders get placed at once. I ordered for my entire table of 8 guys and multiple beers / drinks / waters can get lost in the shuffle - yes you have to order water from the online app. Other than that, I had a good time.

  Beer was flavorless. Shockingly weak. The chicken was cooked for hours and tasted like chalk. And we couldn’t get a server’s attention even though there were only 14 people in the massive place. And we were at the bar!!! The bartender never stood in the bar area. He hovered by the kitchen. It was the weirdest and worst dining experience in my life.

  Really solid place - big open space, bar with TVs, large selection of draft beer, and good food. I had the salmon and crispy brussel sprouts which were both really good! Looks like a good place for groups. Service was pretty fast and friendly. I was there on a weeknight solo on business and it wasn't very busy.
