  This is the most pathetic excuse of a Greek Gyro I’ve tried in my entire life. I’m Greek and I know that you can’t find decent Gyro like in Greece anywhere in the US but this is beyond ridiculous. Portion is super small, especially for the price and the wrap is not even a proper wrap. I’d suggest going on google and looking up what a Greek Gyro looks like in real life and stop false advertising. Call it something else if you’re about to keep it that way

  The gentleman who prepared my food was extremely professional and nice. My veggie sub was amazing! The manager also seem very concerned and caring. Thank you!

  I ordered a spicy Italian and this is the sandwich I got. When I called and asked for a refund the man who answered the phone was very hostile and tried to blame it on me grabbing the wrong order, but I was handed my order by the person who took my order. When I asked for a refund the man on the phone told me it was going to take him 2-3 hours to give me a refund if I didn’t have my receipt even though I had told him my order name. When I then said yes I’ll take the refund he told me, “if it mattered for me to get my $10 back that much he was going to to take 2-3 hours out of his day to send me the refund.” When I then got upset about this sarcasm he called me a liar, and told me he never said that even though I have it on recording. He then told me that I was not special and shouldn’t expect special treatment when all I was asking for was a refund. This is the most insane and horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I placed my order on 10/24 at 3:10pm. When I found my receipt he told me he would give a a refund and I never got it.
