Although the posted opening time is 9:00 AM, the doors are consistently not opened until around 9:20 AM. This is really disappointing, especially for customers who are on a tight schedule and heading to work. If the store isn’t able to open on time, the hours should be updated accordingly. Reliability and punctuality matter. Hire new employees!
