  I visited Jamba Juice on April 12 around 12:00 AM, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The employee who helped us came across as rude and unfriendly, with a very dismissive tone. When she handed us our drinks, she didn’t say anything at all, which felt unwelcoming. It was pretty loud inside because of the blenders, so when we asked her to repeat herself,specifically about the type of protein, she responded with noticeable attitude. We were simply trying to hear clearly, but her response felt unnecessary and unprofessional. To top it off when entering, my wife and I almost fell, due to there being a piece of cardboard box used as a “floor mat” due to the rain. They should consider buying two floor mats for the entrance to avoid accidents. Overall, the interaction left a bad impression. Customer service makes a big difference, and I hope this is something that can be improved. Unfortunately, we weren’t given a receipt, so we didn’t catch her name There were only two workers at that time, we tried calling the store to get her name, but nobody answered.

  Got it, here’s the revised text: It’s been over six months, and the store hasn’t had any fresh juice at all—only smoothies and syrups and such, plus sweets and cupcakes. If you don’t have fresh juice, then change the name of the store. Don’t mislead people into thinking you offer fresh juice, because the name implies it. In reality, all you have is smoothies and things that aren’t fresh. It’s really disappointing and discouraging that this store is doing this !

  I wanted a peach perfection but with no strawberries and mangoes instead. When the chick handed me the drink she said it had no mangoes extra strawberries. Which was a mistake clearly. I got to my car and take a sip as I'm driving out and almost want to spit it out because it is so disgusting. It tastes like brown apples and not ripe peaches. It was the worst Jamba juice I have very had in my life. And I've had some messed up ones before.
