  This is such a great spot! The music is straight from Hiyo Miyazaki film with classic Japanese interior aesthetic. Cute and very informative history of the business in anime format and ofc really delicious food. My new favorite ramen spot!!

  This was a fantastic ramen spot. Service excellent and the food was delicious. I had some friends visiting from out of town, they dont have great ramen options over there, made the suggestion and we went. We were all pleased. Definitely will be going back with other friends!

  I have had many many bowls of ramen in Los Angeles, this may be the best one ever. For once the bamboo shoots floating the bowl are actually worth eating! Usually I wonder why are they there? These were delicious. Even more so regarding the slices of pork. They are often like rubber doggy chew toys. These on the other hand were tender, flavorful and truly wonderful. Of course the most important part is the noodles and these were perfectly cooked al dente. This was a bowl of pure satisfaction. I also tried my friends scallops bowl and my wife's crispy chicken and both made me sorry I didn't order them, too. Finally, my big issue with asian restaurants in general is quality of dessert. Here is a beautiful slice of Yuzu cheesecake, presented with wonderful dollops of cream and sauce. Should have order one for each of us instead of sharing! This is the place. I can't wait to try everything on the menu.

  I don’t normally give reviews for disappointing restaurants. However we were asked how spicy we wanted our spicy ramen soup. “Medium”. Then when the bill came they charged for the spice level! Who ever does that? Sure it was only a dollar, but come on, the ramen wasn’t that special for me to overlook the obvious money grab. I would have at the least been told that it was an extra charge when I ordered. It’s sad because really I don’t feel I’ll ever come back. Nor visit the sf branches.

  Coming with family, fast and furious service, top tier food, lovely staff and gifted mochis. Lot of love from Tahiti, we will come back when we can 🤘🏽
