    The staff here are very relaxed and don't pay much attention to the customers or those doing takeout. I don't understand how they are considered employees; they have no respect for people. The employer needs to immediately take the necessary measures, actions, and warnings regarding these employees. As you can see in the photo, the packages are ready. When I said the customer's name, they turned around and walked away without even looking, and I swear none of the employees there were working properly. Action needs to be taken because for an hour now, the customer has been texting me saying their package is ready and asking if I've received it. I've been telling them to work on this, but the employees don't care what people are saying.

    This experience was the absolute worst experience I’ve had in a takeout restaurant. I entered this restaurant at 6:11p and team members were counting money and taking orders. I waited patiently for someone to acknowledge me. 5 min later, someone asked me if I was picking up or ordering. I said ordering. I waited an additional 5 min before the “manager” Darlene came out and started to assist with counting money. I asked if someone was taking orders because I had been patiently waiting. I do understand, being a long time store manager and district manager in retail. Darlene, the “manager” said they were doing a shift change and I had to wait until they were done. I responded with the fact that there were three registers and 3 team members standing there. She started making excuses as to what they were doing. That’s not my concern. Such unprofessional conduct from a person in leadership. The correct thing to do should have been to let me know what was happening and that someone would be right with me. I’d accept that. She then proceeded to go to the kitchen area and chastise team members to where customers can hear her. This person does NOT belong in leadership and I am extremely disappointed with this location and establishment. It definitely makes me question the people who promoted her to lead people. The team also exhibit lackluster attitudes about helping people. This needs to be addressed, but she needs to be retrained on the customer experience.
