Order my food through the app
Food was picked up from a different driver than originally was suppose to pick up. Driver send me a pic of a blurry photo that it was delivered. When contacting door dash we where on a 3 way phone call. Door dash rep, manager of wingstop and I. Wingstop manager completely ignored the door dash rep and me. I get it that I lost my food and money but have some empathy maybe a discount but none. Unbelievable. Order the food for pick up the next day because they don't confirm driver here and hand there food to anyone before confirming

Ordered at 11:43p. Said pick up was at 12:03a. So, I went to pick it up, got there at 11:58p. I saw my name on the Carry Out Screen. At 12:02a, my name disappeared off the screen. Asked the girl up front, Irene, why my name wasn't up there. She gave a look of "meh", then completely ignored me. So, I thought it wasn't ready. Yes, I understand they were busy after the concert release. But to completely ignore a customer with a question, a bit disrespectful. So after seeing a set of customers walk out that ordered AFTER I asked about my food. Then, I asked the manger on duty that happened to be at the register. Told her that I've been waiting and my name isn't on the screen. She said classic wings take longer to cook. I said I order at a quarter til. She then turned around and grabbed a bag off the shelf. I told her that NO ONE called my name, and I've heard staff repeat call names when they weren't picked up yet. I told her that her front person completely ignored me when I asked a simple question. So, IRENE cleared my name before even calling my name. Finally got my food at 12:35a, food was ok, but would have been better if I was able to get my order when Door Dash told me it was ready to pick up.

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
