  The Wendy’s meals are very delicious!And the most important thing is The Staff are very nice!I forgot my bag!19:45 tonight The male employee in the front desk helped me get my bag back!Thanks very much!You’re are the best 👍🌹❤️

  I really had to go to the restroom. They told me I had to purchase something first. While I understand that. I almost peed in my pants. 😭😭 I get they have trust issues but cmon man. One day I will be peeing my pants cause I am not able to make a purchase in time.

  Went through drive thru to pick my online order 12:41 am I get there vandalism thet claim they don't have any frosty to complete my order,offers me few items I say no he went offer more items and stop him politely and said. ... ive already placed my order for I wanted, he say okay hands me my order minus one frosty , you would think they would give me cash or a credit back for the item I didn't receive...not happy I called the location back spoke with a person "L" she apologized once i gave her the information, I was expecting my card to be refunded, no she offers me a combo of my choice on my next visit and it must be that location, she takes my information and reminds me to call that location before order online or drive thru so someone would know the situation. 1 week later I happen to be near the location and wanted to claim my combo, I called The "L" didn't recall who is was then put me hold and then I was disconnected and when I called back I got a answering service to leave a message... Well I'm sure what game this location is playing but im not about that, either you will or you won't, since they won't I will dispute the whole charge for my order...it could of been a value item it doesn't matter, i have not been compensated for my incorrect order, and my inconvenience....

  This Wendy's is located in the middle of Hollywood in the "not so glamours" area. Just down the street is The Seventh Veil all nude strip club just for reference. The restaurant itself is clean and safe so don't let the area it's in make you think it's not worth going to. I really like the self ordering kiosks they have available when you walk in, very high tech and up to date. Just make sure if you order from there and you are paying with cash that you go straight to the counter and pay. It doesn't really tell you this and I ended up waiting longer than I should have because my order wasn't started due to waiting for payment. I thought I would pay when my order was ready. It was quite busy for a Sunday at 11pm but the Super Bowl was that night. Even after I paid it still took around 15-20 minutes but again it was quite busy with food delivery drivers picking up orders for people. Also they were out of vanilla flavored Frostys so I had to settle for chocolate. The employees were nice but very busy behind the counter. Not a bad experience for the area and for how very busy they were.
