Luis rolled his eyes, spoke to me in a rude tone, and ignored my question about a missing item in my order. When I politely asked for my fries, he said ‘You’ll get it when you get it’ and turned away. This made me feel disrespected and embarrassed in front of other customers. Luis said the B word to me do better Wendy I am sharing this so management can address the behavior and improve customer service at this location.”
