However - and this is a weighty “however” - I’ve never seen longer lines at a grocery store. Like, ever in my life. And I’ve lived many decades, and been to many grocery stores. These lines were truly spectacular. I went from frustrated about the wait to overwhelmed with gratitude that I was seeing something so historic. But then I got frustrated again. Anyway, do yourself a favor and finish your Thanksgiving shopping early. This Von’s is conveniently located for easy breezy shopping.

We had not too many grocery items and were separated in our cart. The cashier told us we couldn't do 2 separate orders next tine go to a regular line. The lines were super long. So instead of us think we are being helpful and not taking an extra basket or time away from other people we got told we could. I have 12 years experience in the grocery industry as a manager and never would have thought this. Makes me never want to shop at that store again. I called to talk at a store level and surprise no answer either. I may make some calls to corporate where a actually know people. Just unbelievable.
