By the time I was able to casually make a decision I heard 5 mins til closing.. no I literally took about 15 mins just browsing around like lalala. So now is crunch time and nothing I grabbed made sense or even what I came there for; pure chaos of a late nite appetite. So as I wait in line with 3 customers in front of me the first DoorDash or late nite shopper can’t process his orders for whatever reason a dozen bags and he’s holding the line on his phone w customer service. So the cashier kindly moves to the shameless couple who forgot the date of her ebt payment. I mean literally the cashier had to print out a paper for her to understand there were no funds on either card. The finally left and I’m up of course everything runs smoothly for me, thank heavens. This was only because of the greatest customer service and teamwork I’ve seen in ages. Nancy greeted me when I walked in and was working another register by time I decided to check out. Owen was so professional to everyone holding up the line mind you while I’m leaving the first guy is still on the phone w customer service(still in the store by time i finished this review) The immense patience and the amount of respect they showed very individual is incredible. They honestly made my day and gave me hope for humanity because believe me I’m like we are not human kind we are definitely a human race. I wanted to thank both of them especially with the holidays the kindness they showed speaks volumes and went above and beyond the norm for koreatown. Thank you Nancy and Owen! Kudos!!!!!

Under the Good Samaritan act to help aid honestly with intent to cause no harm. At the bus stop on 3rd and Vermont. God bless you 🌹🩷 (1:30pm) 11/01/25 But had to walk away after giving the water due to no consent by another energy forcing them to deny help from me. I looked at another to stay and help. May there needs and health be taken care of. 🙏
