  I am deeply disappointed with my experience at the Vons on 3rd and Vermont. An employee (from the sushi section) falsely accused my mother of shoplifting, claiming she hid an item (sushi roll) in her purse without any inquiry. In reality, the item was on our shopping cart the entire time. When I asked for help from supervisors and managers, they were negligent and offered no resolution. This incident was distressing and unacceptable. I hope Vons takes this seriously, reviews their staff training, and ensures no customer is treated this way again.

  Nearly every product is locked up, and good luck finding a staff member with a key — or any staff member willing to help at all. During peak hours on a Saturday, they had 2 cashiers and zero baggers, turning a quick grocery run into a 30+ minute ordeal I’ve been to multiple Vons locations and this one consistently underperforms on every front: staffing, product accessibility, and basic food quality control. Management needs a serious overhaul. Until then, I’d strongly recommend going to literally any other location.

  Lost my keys and was trying to see if they found them and no one wanted to check the lost and found im still here waiting after 30 min of people saying it's someone else's job....I've asked for the manager Jose and they're denying to call him

  Getting items that are locked is a nightmare! You’ll be waiting over 10minutes and constantly having to search for employee assistance because the “press for help” buttons do NOT work! Why are trash bags locked .. are people really stealing these large boxes??? When items of the same price on the same aisle are not locked. This makes NO SENSE!

  As a local resident of this Vons, I have never seen such a destitute looking environment. I usually shop at the Ralph’s across the street. Vons had a better value for what I was looking for. The staff were unapproachable or hard to find most of the time. I finally found what I was looking for and continued browsing for things that I may need. Some things were not where they belonged most of the time. Other things were out of stock. Once I was done shopping, I needed to use the restroom. I asked the security guard if I needed a code for the men’s room? The security officer said no the men’s room doesn’t lock that I can go right in. When I went into the restroom, it immediately reeked of I couldn’t even explain really what it smelled like. There was graffiti all over the doors in the walls and the window the mirrors. There was trash all over the floor. The floors didn’t look like they had been mopped or that the bathroom just in general haven’t been serviced. I do judge businesses by how well they keep their restrooms. This is an establishment that I will not be returning to.
