When I asked to cancel after waiting so long, they refused and then suddenly managed to make the food in 4 minutes, which shows they simply didn’t care until I complained. To make matters worse, the coffees we received were not even what we ordered. The total bill came to $40 for practically nothing, which is outrageous for such poor service and lack of care. This cafe clearly has no respect for customers’ time or money. I would strongly recommend avoiding Vees Cafe in downtown Los Angeles.
