All are foods were delicious, we had oxtails, Mac and cheese and curry chicken, everything was really delicious, I would definitely comeback here. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm, vibrant atmosphere — jerseys on the walls, “Miss Caribbean 2025” proudly displayed, and an overall aesthetic that made me feel like I was back home in Brooklyn, walking down Flatbush Avenue. I ordered in house Sorrel, the chicken dumpling soup and a curry chicken patty — both absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, comforting, and authentic every bite brought back memories of home. I even bought a bottle of hot pepper sauce 🌶️ and jerk sauce for home, made by the chef himself. Huge shoutout to Chef James Bernard for creating such a beautiful experience and serving up true Caribbean soul in the heart of LA. If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and check out Taste of the Caribbean LA, you’ll thank me later.

The jerk chicken was tender with just the right amount of spice, the oxtail was rich and savory, and the beef patty was perfectly flaky and seasoned. The plantains were sweet and golden—such a perfect side. The food tasted authentic and fresh, and you can tell they put a lot of care into every meal. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!
