Word for word. I told them this and they said "No, thats what you ordered". I reiterated what I had ordered, and instead of thinking that possibly they misheard me and giving me the correct $7 food item, they asked for my name and order number and stated again that I had gotten the right item. AT this point I was frustrated and I said "Ok great, can we like sort this out, like what can we do?" instead of interrogating me about the gordita. Finally they got permission to remake my item, but it should never be such a hassle. Like what the hell guys?
