I watched as an elderly African-American woman and an African American man struggled to order at the kiosk, and the woman working the drive thru was extremely short tempered with both of them. I asked the manager if the woman was maybe having a bad day, or is she always this short tempered with people, and she responded "That's just how she is." This person works in the Food service industry where she works with the public, if she doesn't have good interpersonal skills, this is not the job for her, and customers should not have to deal with such impolite behavior. The name of the cashier on my receipt is Martha M, if this is the person that I and other customers had to deal with, someone needs to speak with her about how she treats people who have a choice of where they spend their money and who they spend it with!!!

I walked up to pay for my food and lady walked away with no acknowledgment.. she didn’t say one moment I stood there for an additional 4 minutes just to pay for my food! Patrice was the only person who held good customer service. I come here at least three times a week!!! And the night crew is even worse!! Definitely will be the last time!!!

I personally didn't have an issue, but I still would have preferred to give my order to a person. The manager was extremely unfriendly. The food was exactly what you expect from Taco Bell. Their tacos are my guilty pleasure.
