Ay anda El Homie en el taco belly!
It is what it is! Fire little American Mexican tacos. The best of both worlds I always say. Great fast service.

Their front counter staff that works the night shift on Saturdays is unorganized and unprofessional. They make a simple delivery pickup complicated, and don’t provide a smooth pickup. It creates confusion and aggression amongst customers and delivery drivers, and contributes to a lack of safety at this store. For as many associates as they have working there (at least 5-6 staff members and 2-3 just at the front counter) operations should be running much more smoothly. Somehow, even though they can’t get their orders organized and dispersed smoothly, they still have time to laugh and make fun of delivery professionals who actually have to deal with parking up to 20 times in one shift, and often are handling multiple orders. Furthermore, when there is 1 delivery person handling multiple orders, having to deal with parking, and also maneuvering the apps - they don’t seem to realize this is much different than there being at least 2 associates just working the counter. Yet, while they judge one person and make things more complex than is necessary, they don’t even have the responsibility of managing multiple orders alone. So it is ironic they can’t manage the orders with a team, yet have time to make fun of hard working people - when they aren’t even doing their jobs well and have more hands available!! Their unprofessionalism is also carried into the quality of the delivery because they contribute to things not running efficiently, causing delays, unnecessary confusion, and stress over TACOS. Just like the review before mine says, instead of helping some of their employees are completely comfortable laughing in your face when you are actually in need of their assistance and working in the middle of a Saturday night doing deliveries to pay your bills. Even though I provided both names for the orders when I first walked in. They only originally gave me one order. And then they started asking me how many orders do I have? But I had already told them: I have two orders very first when I walked in. Somehow they will make fun of you when there is even nothing to make fun and trying to make you confused when they are the ones in the wrong. I would never eat here, actually had some TBell earlier- but people like them ruin Taco Bell and create bad memories.
When I was 16 I ran a counter ALONE while running the drive through at Schlotsky’s Deli. And that was before they had smart phones, you had to count change back to customers, people often paid in cash, and every order had to be taken manually. There was no “ self serve kiosk,” or deliveries that just need fulfillment. You had to work much harder, and it is extremely annoying to have some disrespectful young employees having a laugh, when they are the one’s contributing to the chaos and not able to simply read a name and hand a order to someone in a timely manner. The associates are ignorant and treat you as if you haven’t already had several years of food service experience to contribute to your service as a delivery driver. I actually own a small business in the area and had to close it for a month during the Palisades Fire, and am just doing deliveries supplementally to cover operations costs while rebuilding from both the firs and the pandemic forcing spas and salons to close for 2 years during 2020-2021. The funny thing is their staff laughs at people, when they should go take a look in the mirror and have a good laugh at how terrible they are at doing their jobs, even with multiple associates to run the drive thru window and counter and they still create total chaos with only 1 person at the counter who is just picking up some delivery orders. The other person was ordering from the kiosk. Taco Bell sucks.

Might be my fault for not checking at location, but two times already when I got home I realized items were missing from my drive through order.

The person in this picture was beyond rude the kiosh machines kept freezing, so we were unable to order we explained to him that the machine was not working properly. He continued to say that he was busy and he would be with us when he was available we waited about 11 minutes until someone that was leaving that had already clocked out of work decided to help us by the name of "Myonee" she noticed this person kept us waiting for a very long time. Even though she had already clocked out of work not being paid she was kind enough to assist us and take our order. While Andy, working the drive through who had great customer service, decided to assist us with our orders as well. While the person in the picture never move from the position he was located in he continued laughing and joking with the female employee on the food line
