I mean, I don't mean to be Judge Judy, but it's hard not to. It's not particularly busy and I've been waiting for my order for about 15 mins. Given the app has it as being ready 10 mins ago. There are 4 people waiting for their orders and some walked away. The employees don't seem particularly interested in getting those orders out. Their unhappy demeanor could improve, I'm just saying. It's also eerly quiet in here. So much for fast food, should have gone to McDonald's, its right next door. Anyway, still waiting for my food. Good thoughts and prayers are appreciated, but a Taco Supreme would be even more.

SOY repartidor de doordash y siempre que llegó a recoger en la mañana me dicen los trabajadores que tengo que ir al parqueadero y estacionarme,Tardan en salir a dar la orden, es tiempo de lluvia y de Frío y uno muriéndose de frío y mojandose, Ellos no te dan la orden en el drive thru .🙄

I came up to order and the lady was just like sorry I have to order from the kiosk ... I said ok and went to order when it came down to paying my order wouldn't ring up so I had to do it again with no help I guess they were busy with the drive thru. At the end I got my 3 items and sat there and ate. Was fairly clean and people were just chilling. Ohh I have to give it to them they have good prices on they food 🥑

Difficult to be acknowledged when there is an issue with an order. However, this is a growing issue with the new “kiosk” setup, where staff seem to be encouraged to ignore patrons who have approached the front counter.
