I called ahead to order a large açaí bowl, and a small smoothie for a toddler. I specified it was for a child to make sure they wouldn’t include the protein powder. I go to pick it up and the smoothie was served in a glass jar to go. Is that why it cost $15? I asked them to pour it into a disposable cup since I didn’t want to give my child an open glass jar of smoothie. Well, he couldn’t drink it anyway because it hadn’t been blended up enough and was full of large chunks and seeds. My açaí bowl was very good, but WOW not worth the high prices or hassle. (We were driving through LA on a trip, and I stopped here because of the healthy options available. If I had known they served items in jars to go, I might have been able to have a kid-friendly, reusable cup ready to go.)

Açaí Zero Sugar is hands down my favorite from Sustainabowl. I’ve been to so many places looking for a truly clean açaí bowl, but almost all of them add some kind of sugar or sweeten it with guarana. Sustainabowl is one of the only spots that offers a genuinely zero-sugar option, and you can really taste the purity and quality. It feels so good knowing I’m not getting hidden sweeteners. I’ve also tried their sugar-free chia pudding and coconut smoothie bowl — both are absolutely delicious and so satisfying. Everything tastes fresh, clean, and made with real intention. 💜🥥✨

Every time I come to Sustainabowl, it honestly feels like I’m doing something good for my body and my soul. The Get In My Belly poke bowl is one of my absolute favorites — the freshness, the flavor, the way everything is layered so perfectly… it just hits every time. And the Pink Protein smoothie? I’m obsessed. It’s creamy, naturally delicious, and leaves me feeling energized without any crash. I truly appreciate that everything is organic, so clean, and made with real care — you can taste the difference immediately. Even the singing bowls they serve in make the experience feel grounding and special. It’s not just a meal for me, it’s a whole vibe — healthy, fresh, and made with heart. 💗🥗

Sustainabowl feels like more than just a restaurant — it truly feels like home. Every bowl is so fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and you can taste the love in every bite. The Poke Bowl Hello Dubai was absolutely delicious — perfectly balanced, vibrant, and so satisfying. And the Purple Protein smoothie is my favorite… creamy, energizing, and just so good. The team is always warm and welcoming, and I love supporting a place that genuinely cares about health, sustainability, and community. I always leave feeling happy, nourished, and grateful. 💜💚

Unfortunately, this was not the experience I was hoping for. I arrived a few minutes after opening time and found the door locked. After waiting several minutes, I eventually had to knock for someone to let me in. It appeared the space was not fully opened for the day (lights and music were not on), which made the visit feel unprepared and awkward. The customer service was the most disappointing part. There was no greeting or acknowledgment, and the attendant’s demeanor felt dismissive and standoffish. After handing me my order, he disappeared, and I had to call out multiple times to request a to-go box. I genuinely felt as though my presence was an inconvenience. For a $19 smoothie bowl, I would expect at minimum a warm greeting and basic attentiveness. I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes after opening if needed, but courtesy goes a long way. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I would love to see the experience match the price point
