    I LOVEEEEE SUSHI KOOOO. I eat here 5 times a week and haven’t gotten tired of it in the year that I have been going. The sushi is so top tier and amazingly priced I have 0 complaints. The staff is amazing and kind. This place is a second home!!!

    I don't normally write reviews but the experience I just had was terrible. I've been here about two or three times and loved the food. I've recommended it to friends. The sushi is great and so is the price. I hope my issue can be addressed so I can come back. I just made an order through their website, toast. I called to make sure they had gotten it (because I got an email that said the order hadn't been approved). They said they hadn't received it and when I asked how I could get a refund the person on the other line said "I'm a bit busy right now" and hung up. I called a few times just to have my question answered and was hung up on again. I asked if the manager would be in later, not as a scare tactic, but genuinely cause they may understand how Toast works more and be able to issue me a refund or make it right. The line went silent and I was hung up on again. There was definitely an issue trying to convey where I ordered the food and I think something was lost in translation but still very rude. I hope to be refunded ASAP and have this made right cause I'd love to come back.

    We’ve been coming here for over five years or so, and the food is delicious! Sometimes I wish I lived closer so I could come more often. We’ve tried a lot of items on the menu, so it’s hard to recommend just one thing — what I can say is, just give it a try like I do, and you’ll find the food is always great! The chef is very nice, and the staff is super welcoming.
