  $5 FOR 4 WINGS! Ridiculous! Not even a full pound and I am charged $5 bucks! Never again.

  I’ve had repeated issues at this location. Items routinely ring up higher than the posted shelf price. On my last visit, milk scanned above the labeled price, and I was even charged sales tax on frozen chicken wings from the freezer section — taxed as if they were hot prepared food. I didn’t notice until I got home. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every receipt to avoid being overcharged. Customer service is inconsistent. Some cashiers are professional and kind, others won’t even acknowledge you unless you speak Spanish or of Latino descent. Equal service and hospitality should not depend on language or ethnicity. Most concerning is the security. I’ve been followed while shopping (one by and older bigger darker Hispanic man and the other by a younger light skin Hispanic man), and I’ve watched security disproportionately focus on groups of Black customers standing in line not doing anything but waiting, while ignoring other lines. That kind of behavior feels like racial profiling and creates an uncomfortable environment for customers who are non-Latino and do not speak Spanish. In 2026, when discrimination is a national conversation, and Latinos are being actively discriminated against it’s disappointing to see selective treatment and that same prejudices shown inside a predominantly Latino neighborhood grocery store towards non-Latinos and non-Spanish speaking customers. You can’t condemn bias publicly while allowing it on your property privately. I hope management addresses pricing discrepancies, retrains staff on customer service standards, and seriously evaluates the conduct of security and their racism policies of profiling. Customers notice. And customers remember. Be better.

  Very good and the variety of meat cuts is great, I love it, but it's clear they need more staff for customer service, and their manager, Claudia Lara, is very efficient. Wow, her experience is evident. I spent over an hour in the store shopping and I didn't see her stop, chat, or waste time. I saw her all over the store, restocking her displays. Compared to other employees, when I approached her to ask something, I had already asked and they didn't direct me to the exact aisle or section. She, on the other hand, literally knows everything. Congratulations! But I'm giving it 4 stars because the cashier didn't greet me, and that disappointed me. However, I highly recommend the meat from this butcher shop. David helped me at the butcher shop.
