- JJJohnSep 24, 20251.0I had a terrible experience at this Subway on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025 at around 3:30 a.m. The store was out of veggie patties; when I asked to substitute avocado they refused unless I paid extra. While this was happening, two male employees (appeared to be Mexican, roughly in their 20s–30s) were giggling together and I heard at least one of them mocking me in an Asian accent. I felt humiliated and racially targeted. Management needs to address this behavior — I will not return to or recommend this location until staff are retrained or replaced.
