- ASAstro SamDec 10, 20255.0Placed an online order and came in directly afterwards so I could make sure it was made how I wanted. The manager seemed a little annoyed at my modifications , even made it a point to show me she had my order receipt in front of her. I politely told her I would like to make modifications like toasting the bread with onions and bell peppers and I wanted the condiments on the bread side. She answered with “we already do that now” as if I was dumb for not knowing. She wasn’t very happy overall and even laughed amongst herself at the end. But she made my sandwich very well. So the customer service is not the best. But the sandwiches are pretty good. Might be back to give them another chance.
