  I ordered a total of six sandwiches, including two 13-inch ones, but they packaged them all as 6-inch sandwiches. I went back to the store after realizing the mistake, and when I told them they had made the order incorrectly, they didn't even apologize. They just said it would take two minutes and made two more 6-inch sandwiches. When I got back and looked at the sandwiches again, the portions were small, and they even used a different type of bread than what I ordered. I never want to visit this place again.

  Placed an online order and came in directly afterwards so I could make sure it was made how I wanted. The manager seemed a little annoyed at my modifications , even made it a point to show me she had my order receipt in front of her. I politely told her I would like to make modifications like toasting the bread with onions and bell peppers and I wanted the condiments on the bread side. She answered with “we already do that now” as if I was dumb for not knowing. She wasn’t very happy overall and even laughed amongst herself at the end. But she made my sandwich very well. So the customer service is not the best. But the sandwiches are pretty good. Might be back to give them another chance.

  Between the plastic screen and the loud music, I never hear a darn thing any sandwich artist is trying to say. If you hold the power button under the TV it will turn off.
