- PMProperty ManagementDec 28, 20253.0Ordered a BMT on the app, got double meat and used up my $2 reward only to receive it toasted. I don't enjoyed toasted sandwiches and I didn't order it that way. The meat and mayo were warm when I got home and it tasted gross. I had a labor intensive day and was looking forward to it. I was too tired to return the sandwich. Nothing wrong otherwise. Another time, I had been to this location within the year where they also gave me a 6 inch when I ordered a foot long. The subway on York always gets it right, I just happened to be closer to this one yesterday. Please pay attention to details!

Woman working was definitely in a bad mood, we said hello and started making conversation.. couldn't understand what she replied, she never looked at us. We were standing there for a few minutes and then finally left, I said have a great rest of your day, she never said anything. Do not recommend this subway. . 👎

Every time I ask for extra mayo she puts the smallest amount as if she’s doing it on purpose. She also does not ever know how to communicate and stands there with no response. Based off all the reviews subway should really look into letting her go or at least do something about her customer service.
