- BJBill Jlee4 days ago1.0This was the worst Subway experience I have ever had. There was only one person working, and they had frequent shift changes. An older Latina woman took over, and I thought it might be better—grandma’s touch with food, you know—but unfortunately, it was absolutely the worst. Food: I literally ordered and picked up my food in the store. The sandwich was soggy and drenched in sauce, making it overly wet. I only chose one sauce, so I could not believe how soaked it was. The vegetables were cut very irregularly. I have never seen onions cut so thick; they are usually thin, long slices, not chunky square pieces, which made the sandwich awkward to eat. After noticing the onions, I realized all the vegetables were cut oddly. Do not ever get the cookies—they tasted stale, old, and nasty. They literally tasted like cookies that had been left open for weeks. Service: There is a window guard, perhaps due to the area, and the older woman could not understand English very well. I had to tell her my name four times. Inside: The layout is spacious and cool, but there are only a handful of tables. Some tables are located right next to the restrooms.
