  I ordered a Subway sandwich and I don’t see anything with the word “Extra” on it. It’s missing. So thank you for the free sandwich — I’ll be requesting a refund.

  I work in the medical field, and I used to work in the fast food industry as a manager back then. I’m uploading my complaint about a worker at the SUBWAY® location at 3627 S La Brea Ave Los Angeles, CA 90016 United States. Not only on this specific restaurant's page but also on their main website. I’m not sure what his name is, but I believe he goes by the name Jesus/Jose. My colleagues and I go there for lunch, sometimes to grab something to eat, and he is always very rude and very unprofessional! He needs to change his attitude. I had placed a mobile order for pick up. That worker handed me my order, which was a combo and the drink wasn’t in the bag. When I was grabbing my drink he said "Did you pay for that? In A high-pitched voice " I stated, "Yes I did". As well with a .. "didn't you read my order "and he didn’t reply back . After that, I grabbed my drink and headed back to the clinic, to have lunch. Once I arrived there, I saw that my chips were missing, so I went back. I was informing one of his coworkers, who was a lady that my chips were missing. Then all of a sudden the same guy shouted across the room in Spanish. "Tell him to grab them" in an ill-mannered. Luckily I understand Spanish!!! There should be consequences for his pathetic behavior and shouldn’t be screaming at anyone. I have a higher title and job position than him and I don’t treat him like trash!! I’m not sure if he's the RGM, but I think so. He shouldn’t treat people with disrespect!! He usually works in the mornings. I find it hilarious, that he thinks having an RGM title will get him far in life!! Especially the way he treats the store clients!

  This was not a good experience at this Subway this time in walking in the place was clean because it was late in the evening around 9:45 p.m. we walked in we was ordering my subs And then another gentleman walked in behind us the Subway staff and the gentleman started to converse in Spanish so in doing that the gentleman that was working on my order was in not paying attention I ask The chicken noodle soup with 3 meep all then them and I barely had any noodles i also asked for mayonnaise and mustard packets I ask for 4 cookies and when I got home and check the bag because it was late I didn't have any mayonnaise or mustard packets and I only got 3 cookies
