- ARAna Rios1 day ago1.0I'm a regular at this specific location when I don't pack lunch. Today I had an unpleasant experience with an employee who seems to be new. My phone was taking a while to load for payment and when I mentioned it to her she responded with "ugh, what drink do you want?". I ignored her rudeness and responded "Pepsi zero". She came back with a regular Pepsi, I then reiterated "I asked for a Pepsi Zero". The employee responded rudely again and told me "I should have specified". I replied with, "I did specify, I said Pepsi zero". She then continued to be rude and make comments, at that point I was pretty upset and before I walked out I said " There is no need to be rude to me, I specified I wanted Pepsi Zero, it's not my fault you didn't hear me." I've never had an issue with any of the employees (keep in mind they often hire new people) until today. Makes me not want to come back due to poor service
