  This happened about a year ago but my parents recently brought it up. I am very upset about this and have to post it. They came to visit me from a country where tip is not a culture. The Subway employee at this location charged them 20% tip without their consent. Also the employee did not want to provide my parents water cup by pretended to not be able to understand their English. But ironically my Mom went to school in the UK and just have a British accent. Shame on Subway.

  This subway seems to have been trained to be stingy with their portions. A couple weeks ago I visited and got a Philly Cheese. I asked for peppers, and the worker gave me what amounted to about 6 slices of peppers, very little. I asked for more. She gave me about 2 more slices. I asked for more, again, 2 more slices. I asked for more, and she told me that's all they can give me. I've never visited a Subway that gave so little for toppings. For as expensive Subway has become these past few years, I think it's fair to give a proper portion to customers. I was disappointed thinking this was new policy. But I have since visited other Subways, even ones near this one and haven't had any portion issues. Visit a different Subway.

  The waiter was rude. He didn't heat up my bread, wanted me to eat cold cheese, and didn't even give me a napkin. This is not the service level expected of a well-known chain restaurant

  Good service, i always say you wouldn't smile at me just as well as your job and they have both thanks
