When I ordered a sub online, this guy uses yesterday bread to make my sub. My sub come with broken back sections of my sub. I witnessed this guy trying to hide the part where its ripped on my bread. He doesn't seem to care about making a good sub for customers. My family has been in the deli business for 25 years. I know when its yesterday bread. It falls apart and crumbs falling out. Other guy and lady make the same sub and it doesn't fall apart. This happened several times already. I would like the others to make my sub so I can feel better about eating my sub.

I came on Sunday 25th of Jan around 8:30 something, half an hour before they gets closed. I ordered two footlongs and was served by a lady named joseena or something. She literally outraged me when i asked for all the veggies on my second footlong , her tone was totally unacceptable and later on when I asked if they have any cookies cause they were not in the front cookie rack she clearly refused and told me that they dont have any left. However, the guy working with her brought two cookies for me which I really appreciated. I dont know the reason why she refused me for cookies , why was she frustrated at me when i asked for the vegetables. And lastly, yes she should be taught about serving the customers with smile or politely. Such an unfavourable experience!!
